PAATHSHAALA UNDERTAKING/RULES

1 I Promise to abide by the rules & regulations of Paathshaala

2 I will not participate in any undesirable activity such as using abusive language, passing comments, harassing others mentally or physically and forming group with bad intention.

3. I will not harm/damage any Paathshaala assets such as projects, benches, desks, projectors, books in the library an Instrument in the laboratory.

4 I promise to keep my I-card, Score card, fee card, dairy, worksheets and various other documents safely.

5. I Promise to cooperate with Paathshaala to create a sound environment for disciplined & creative education.

6. I Promise that I will not wait or gather outside the classroom

7. I Promise that I will not roam outside the class after entering the campus. 

8. I Promise that I will not go against the Paathshala syllabus pattern because Paathshaala has its own syllabus strategy based on CBSE pattern.

9. I Promise that I will immediately inform any types of misbehavior, abuse and harassment from the outsider within the institution campus to the batch leader and Paathshaala Office.

10. I Promise that I will not try to settle down any type of disputes violently.

11 I Promise that I will maintain the dignity of Paathshaala for it is an educational building so :-

a I will not participate in any type of activities which has a tendency to disturb educational environment.

b. I will not use sleeveless shirts, half pants and lowers.

c I will not use cell phones inside the classroom.

12. Absenteeism

a I Promise that I will not bunk the classes. If it happens I will inform to the office regarding bunk and I will come with an application signed by my parents

b I will inform about my absenteeism either by message or calling (mentioning Name, batch, class Roll No and the proper reason of absenteeism) to the institution contact no

I Promise that I will secure at least 90% attendance in the institution

d I promise that I will be present when extra classes (Sunday), testsand other events are organized

a In case of absenteeism more than two days I will surely make my parents contact to the Office and inform about my absenteeism.

13 Course Fee-

a I promise that I will pay the tuition fee within the 5th day of each month

b In case, I am unable to pay the fee within 5th day of the month, I will submit an application signed by parents explaining the cause and I will mention the next deadline of the payment in the application

c. I will submit the application regarding delay in payment up to 5th day of the month. Paathshaala

d. In case, I'm unable day of the month, I will surely make my parents contact to the office.

14. I promise that I will do my homework daily to ensure the perfection.

15. I Promise that I will help to keep my classroom neat & clean. I will not write on the benches, desks and walls etc.

16. I promise that I will not demand for different class timing, I will manage myself with the timing of my batch decided by Paathshaala.

17. I promise that I will not get enrolled in another coaching for the same subjects Offered by Paathshaala.

18. I solemnly affirm that I have understood the contents from para 1 to 17 and agree to abide by them. In case, I do not abide by them, I will be punished, suspended or rusticated from Paathshaala.
